Author Concierge Service
Swoonworthy Author Concierge Service
Swoonworthy stories. White-glove publishing support.
Publishing a book can feel like managing twenty different jobs at once.
There is the story itself, but there is also plotting, drafting, editing, cover design, formatting, metadata, retailer setup, review outreach, advertising, launch planning, file management, deadlines, and communication with every professional involved. Even experienced authors can lose weeks trying to keep all the moving pieces organized.
The Swoonworthy Author Concierge Service gives you an experienced publishing partner who can help carry that workload.
Whether you are beginning with nothing more than an idea or already have a completed manuscript waiting for its next step, we create a customized path from where you are now to where you want the book to go. We can help develop the project, coordinate the right service providers, manage schedules and files, oversee revisions, prepare publishing materials, and keep the entire process moving toward release.
You remain the author, rights holder, and final decision-maker. We become the steady hand beside you—handling the details, solving problems, and helping you make informed choices without forcing you to become an expert in every corner of publishing.

From “I Want to Write a Book” to Published
You do not need to arrive with a polished manuscript, a finished outline, or a complete publishing plan.
Some concierge clients begin with a premise, a handful of character ideas, or a story they have wanted to write for years. Others come to us with a partial draft, a ghostwritten manuscript that needs oversight, or a completed book that still needs editing, production, and launch support.
We meet you at the stage you are in.
Together, we determine what has already been completed, what still needs to happen, which tasks you want to handle personally, and which responsibilities you want Indie Story Studio to manage. From there, we create a clear, practical plan tailored to your book, budget, timeline, experience, and preferred level of involvement.
This is not a one-size-fits-all publishing package. It is customized support built around your project.
